A little bit of rain has been wandering through our area this morning but that should be gone by mid-morning. The clouds will break up allowing for a partly cloudy afternoon, and temperatures will be a little bit warmer than recent days. Highs will land in the mid-70s. Like this past night, a spotty shower or two will be possible overnight, and then it’s back to partly cloudy skies for the first day of October.
Speaking of the new month, October will be off to an unseasonably warm start. Rain and a little thunder will be possible on Tuesday as temperatures rise to the upper-70s. Wednesday will remain dry with low-80s for many of us. The 80s may return on Friday. The end of the week looks a bit wet as a few opportunities for rain may roll through.
