FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA21) — People crowded Citizen Square as representatives made their case for the contentious “Quintana Plaza” Monday.
A public input meeting rescheduled from June was held Monday night over whether to re-zone Quintana’s Jefferson Boulevard property from residential to commercial.
Attorney Jim Frederoff shared renderings and details on the proposal. He says he has a written commitment approved by the Covington Creek Condos Neighborhood Association.
Those against the project are still concerned over increased traffic and noise. The plan commission will vote Monday on whether or not to recommend the proposal to city council.
