One last chance

Another chance of showers is forecasted as a cold front stalls out overnight across the southern half of area. That should provide a chance for showers and a few rumbles of thunder overnight into the first part of Thursday. After that, cooler and drier weather is expected.

Today will be a generally cloudy day with periods of partial sunshine. Temperatures will be a few degrees cooler than yesterday but no major changes are forecasted. There is a non-zero chance of rain with the cold front moving into the area during the afternoon and evening, but widespread rain isn’t likely.

Tomorrow after the showers will be cloudy with highs in the upper 70s. Temperatures as a whole will be significantly cooler with highs in the 70s and lows in the 50s through the first part of the weekend.
