Harrell, McCall get Mad Ants training camp contracts

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA21) – The Mad Ants have given two of their four training camp contracts from their September tryout camps to players with Fort Wayne connections.

Former Purdue Fort Wayne star Kason Harrell and former Concordia High School star D.J. McCall have signed deals to be in camp when it starts October 28th.

Harrell, the Mastodons’ No. 8 all time career scorer with 1,349 points, averaged 15.2 points a game as a senior last season.

McCall finished his career at IUPUI last season scoring eight points and six rebounds a game en route to being the Defensive Player of the Year in the Horizon League.  He was an Indiana All Star in high school at Concordia
