FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA21) – The parent company of Lutheran Health Network has appointed Brady Dubois CEO of the group’s flagship northeast Indiana hospital.

Dubois comes to Lutheran Hospital from the post of president at Mosaic Life Care Medical Centers, based in St. Joseph, Mo., where he has worked since 2016.

Dubois’ previous experience includes positions at several health care leadership roles in Louisiana, Texas and North Carolina. Earlier, he served as a Medical Service Corps officer in the U.S. Navy.

“Brady’s experience and leadership style are the perfect fit for Lutheran Hospital and I’m confident that he will work with the team to take our flagship to the next level, with a focus on quality, safety and the patient experience. We are blessed to add Brady to the senior executive leadership team,” said Mark Medley, regional president and chief executive officer of Lutheran Health Network.

In a news release, Dubois stressed a focus on patient care, noting “we must excel at delivering care at the bedside with a concentration on outcomes, continuous measurement and improvement.”
