McCall becomes first Fort Wayne raised player to make Mad Ants

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA21) – Concordia grad D.J. McCall is the first player from Fort Wayne to be on a Mad Ants Roster.

McCall, who was the Horizon League defensive player of the year at IUPUI last season, impressed enough at the September tryout camp to get a training camp invitation, and then impressed at training camp with his skills and quick pick up of the Ant offensive and defensive schemes.

The other player invited to training camp out of the tryouts, former Purdue Fort Wayne guard Kason Harrell, did not make the final roster, which is listed below.
