West Central Neighborhood Assn. has big plans for small murals

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA21) - Fort Wayne has already received rave reviews for its alley-way artwork. Now, one neighborhood is looking to spruce things up on a smaller scale.

The West Central Neighborhood Association is sponsoring a contest for artists who can put their skills to work on area traffic control boxes.

It's a project similar to those already in place elsewhere.

Artists whose designs are selected will receive $300 for the use of their image.

Submissions will be accepted through March 1.

Additional information and a link to the application form are available online at the West Central Neighborhood website.
