POLICE: Three charged with murder in triple shooting

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA21) — Three men are facing murder charges in connection to Wednesday's triple shooting.

Authorities say somebody went to a home in the 2400 block of Barnhart Avenue, discovered three bodies and called 911 early Wednesday morning.

First responders arrived and rushed a man and a woman to the hospital in critical condition. The woman died there from her injuries.

Another man was pronounced dead at the scene.

Officers say they believe a robbery was taking place at the time of the shooting.

Police have now arrested three people in connection to the shooting.

Kyaw Hlang, 22, Kerwins Louis, 20, and Jamesley Paul, 23, were arrested Wednesday afternoon at different locations without incident.

Hlang is charged with two counts of felony murder, two counts of murder, robbery, and violations of probation and reentry court.

Louis is charged with two counts of felony murder, robbery, and possession of a controlled substance.

Paul is charged with two counts of felony murder and robbery.

Autopsies are scheduled Thursday for the man and woman who died.
