Two hospital employees test positive for COVID-19 in Steuben Co.

ANGOLA, Ind. (WPTA21) - Two staff members at Cameron Memorial Community Hospital have tested positive for the novel coronavirus.
Hospital officials shared the information late Tuesday afternoon, adding that both of the individuals were now participating in an at-home quarantine.
One of the employees is from Steuben County, the other from DeKalb County.
"Cameron has been actively screening Providers and staff who present with symptoms of fever, cough, and shortness of breath who meet the CDC criteria for evaluation of COVID-10 infection," the hospital said. "Per CDC guidance and Cameron protocols, individuals known to be at risk for a COVID-19 infection are immediately isolated to prevent potential spread to others."
As of earlier Tuesday, the Indiana State Department of Health registered only one COVID-19 case in Steuben County. That number could be updated Wednesday to reflect the new information.
