Six horses seized in Noble County




NOBLE COUNTY, Ind. (ABC21) - Authorities have filed animal cruelty charges against two people in Noble County.
According to a release from the Noble County prosecutor, someone contacted the Noble County Sheriff's Department about several horses that looked malnourished at a location in the 1400 E block of Noble County Road 400 N.
After an investigation, authorities seized six horses, including a pregnant mare.
Six misdemeanor charges of animal cruelty were filed against Jeremy Clark and Amanda Philo-Clark.
An initial hearing is set for May.
