FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA21) - A former YMCA worker won't spend any time behind bars after he pleaded guilty to possessing child pornography on a work computer.

Back in Aug. 2019, police arrested 27-year-old Isaac W. Lengacher for watching child porn at the Parkview YMCA.

On Monday, Judge Wendy Davis sentenced him to 2 years and 183 days, which he will serve on probation.

Court documents say Lengacher was working as a lifeguard and swim instructor when police received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children about him.

Police said that on February 18, 2019, employees at the YMCA submitted a tip saying they found images of child pornography on a company computer on Feb. 15.

The employees allegedly told police that the images were opened on Lengacher’s email account.

Police say they immediately notified the YMCA Senior District Executive Director, and Lengacher was fired immediately.

According to the YMCA CEO Marty Pastura at the time of the arrest, Lengacher worked at the YMCA for about two years and underwent the same vetting process and background checks that are required for all employees.

Pastura said he believed it was an isolated incident and there have been no other reports regarding inappropriate behavior.
