We've managed to get rid of some of the humidity, but the heat has returned for Saturday. This will be short lived, as a brief cool down arrives for the next couple of days.

A quick-moving weather system will bring storm chances Saturday evening, primarily south and west of the viewing area. However, a stray storm cannot be ruled out through the evening hours. Temperatures fall into the upper 60's.

Storm chances linger into Sunday. Two rounds of rain are possible, with a few showers and storms in the morning before more widely scattered pop-up showers and storms become possible in the afternoon and evening. It's entirely likely that some locations see little to no rain at all, so don't feel the need to cancel any Sunday outdoor plans.

High temperatures fall into the lower to mid 80's both Sunday and Monday. However, hot and humid conditions return in the middle to late part of next week, with highs in the 90's likely for next weekend.
