Today marked the first day in the 60s for 2021. We haven't seen a 60° day since December 11, and unfortunately it will be a little bit before we make a run at 60° again. A cold front brings in colder air tonight and to start out the month of March.

A few scattered showers are possible before midnight. Otherwise, cold air moves in, dropping temperatures to the upper 20s. Skies remain mostly cloudy.

Clouds clear out through the day Monday, making way for sunny afternoon skies. That comes at a price, however, with highs only in the upper 30s.

March 1 marks the start of meteorological spring, so while it will start out on a slightly colder-than-average note, we'll see a slight warmup through the week, warming to near 50° by Wednesday.

The week ahead will also bring plenty of sunshine, but when can we expect our next chance at rain? I'll have the answer tonight at 6 and 11PM on ABC21.
