Mastodons run ends with 3OT loss at Cleveland State

CLEVELAND (WPTA21) -- An unforgettable season ended with a couple great games in the Horizon League Tournament, but the Mastodon Magic finally ran out late Tuesday night.

After battling into triple overtime, Purdue Fort Wayne fell to top-seeded Cleveland State 108-104. The Mastodons end their season with an 8-15 overall record.

Jarred Godfrey led Purdue Fort Wayne with 23 points and 12 assists on Tuesday night. Jalon Pikins added 15 points.

Cleveland State's Torrey Patton led all scorers with 30 points.
