Komets pull off overtime win over the Fuel, 2-1

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA21) - The Komets and Fuel wrapped up their weekend series on Sunday, both teams with one win. This game was a constant battle for all 60 minutes.

It was a scoreless game until seven minutes into the third period. Indy's Michael Pelech hits the back of the net to push the Fuel to one point lead.

The Komets fought back though. With twenty-two seconds to go in the game, A.J. Jenks scores on the power play, pushing this game to overtime.

Just under three minutes into overtime, Oliver Galipeau sneaks around the goalie to put the game away for the Komets, winning 2-1.

The K's take on the Wheeling Nailers on Friday, April 16th.
