Rain showers moved in Thursday afternoon, adding some rain to an otherwise cool and cloudy day. Friday will bring clearer conditions, but a few isolated showers are possible late in the day.

Rain showers and even a rumble of thunder will be possible until around midnight. Temperatures fall to the upper 30s by Friday morning.

During the day on Friday, we'll see a nice mix of sun and clouds, with the morning a little sunnier than the afternoon. A weak disturbance moves through in late afternoon and early evening that could spark a few isolated showers. By Friday evening, conditions should start to clear out again. We could also see some patchy frost develop Friday night into Saturday morning.

Temperatures Friday will only reach the upper 50s, which is a trend that lasts into the majority of next week. The weekend brings a mixed bag of weather, with a mostly clear start and a rainy end. I'll have those details tonight at 5, 6, and 11PM on ABC21!
