After talking with witnesses, staff, and then reviewing surveillance video, detectives quickly pinned down 27-year-old Vincent Weaver as a suspect.

Staff told police he had gotten into a fight at the back of the bar, so he was kicked out and told he couldn't come back inside.

Two witnesses told police they saw Weaver get into his red Mustang and fire shots into the business as he drove away.

Weaver is a convicted felon who is prohibited from having firearms in his possession.

According to a probable cause affidavit, detectives tracked him down Thursday to a strip club. He reportedly had marijuana and a handgun inside the car at the time of the arrest.

He's now charged with criminal recklessness, carrying a handgun without a license and a marijuana possession charge.
