Indiana AG “reviewing legal action” in response to new vaccine requirements

INDIANAPOLIS (WPTA21) - Indiana's attorney general is weighing in on President Joe Biden's newly-announced vaccine requirements.

The government's new rules mandate that all employers with more than 100 workers require them to be vaccinated or tested weekly for the virus.

Attorney General Todd Rokita issued a statement in response to the requirements.

“My team and I, along with other like-minded attorneys general, are reviewing all legal action on how to stand against these authoritarian actions by the Biden administration. We will be prepared to file suit if Biden seeks illegal actions restricting Hoosiers' liberties.”
