FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA21) -- The top two girls soccer teams in the state met Wednesday night at Homestead, and the Spartans ended their night with a 4-2 win over Noblesville.

Homestead senior Amelia White had a game Homestead fans won't soon forget. White scored the Spartans first three goals, and drew a penalty that set up the fourth goal, coming on a PK from Sydney Couch.

"I think a lot of people underestimate us because we don't go against some of the harder Indy teams," White said. "So, I think it just goes to show that Fort Wayne has a lot of good soccer players and we're out here to win."

In the 2A bracket, Bellmont battled at home , but lost to Hamilton Heights 2-1.
