Comedy Festival begins in Fort Wayne

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA21) — Some talented funny-people are bringing their act to Fort Wayne.

The third annual Maumee Mary and Joseph Comedy Festival starts Thursday and runs through the 13th, inviting the best local, regional, and national talent to tickle your funny bone.

Some events coming up Thursday include the meet the comics Quiplash, and the Somebody for Sure Died showcase at the History Center, finishing over at the Cinema Center with a “Not so Silent Movie”.

Events are lined up at several locations across the Summit City including at the Allen County Public Library, with several free family-friendly events planned for Saturday afternoon.
