State police to announce new direction in Delphi Homicide Investigation

DELPHI, Ind. (WPTA21) — The investigation into the deaths of Abby Williams and Libby German is moving in a new direction.

The Indiana State Police department made the announcement Friday that they will discuss the new direction at a news conference Monday, Aprill 22.

It has been two years since Abby Williams and Libby German were found dead.

Their bodies found just a day after they went out hiking on a trail near Delphi, the last time they were seen alive.

Key evidence in the case includes a photo taken from Libby’s phone and an audio recording of what police believe to be the killer’s voice.

While police have asked people not to make side by side comparisons on social media, they say every tip is important. There is a $225,000 dollar reward for the person who helps lead police to an arrest.
