Court documents show the student, later identified as 18-year-old Krystopher L. Acoff, was seen partially pulling a firearm from a pack before later sliding it into the front pocket of his hoodie.

When Acoff got off the bus, court documents show he walked down Winter Street before firing at something and running away.

Acoff was removed from school property the day after the incident. He has been preliminarily charged with criminal recklessness and possession of a firearm on school property. A warrant was also issued for his arrest.
