Komets’ five game win streak ends

CINCINNATI, Ohio (WPTA21) – The Cincinnati Cyclones bested the Komets 5-2 Saturday night, ending a five game Fort Wayne win streak.

Justin Hodgman’s eighth goal of the season tied the game at one in the second period, but two goals by Judd Peterson pushed the Cyclones out to a 3-1 lead.

J.C. Campagna’s early third period goal pulled the K’s within one, but Jesse Schultz netted an important insurance goal soon after and Cincinnati went from there to take the contest.
