Central Noble’s Freeman signs with Ball State

ALBION, Ind. (WPTA21) – One of the standouts on last season’s state champion Central Noble girls basketball team has signed on with her college program.

Senior Sydney Freeman celebrated with her teammates on Thursday afternoon, making her decision to join Ball State official.
