Konchar stands out in PFW win at North Dakota State

FARGO, N.D. (WPTA21) – John Konchar scored a career-high 38 points to help the Purdue Fort Wayne Mastodons erase a 15-point second half deficit and win 90-87 at North Dakota State on Sunday.

Konchar scored 27 of his points in the second half and overtime and made the game-winning shot with 0.8 left to give the win to the Mastodons.

Dee Montgomery pitched in 16 points and Kason Harrell had 15 points.

Purdue Fort Wayne improves to 10-7 (2-0 Summit League). North Dakota State falls to 6-9 (1-1 Summit League).

The ‘Dons are back in action on Thursday at home against South Dakota State.
