Indiana Tech women win record-breaking 21st straight game

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA21) — The Indiana Tech women’s basketball team has made some history.

Wednesday night, the Warriors defeated visiting Northwestern Ohio 72-48, the 21st consecutive win for this season’s team. That breaks the program’s previous record, 20 in a row, set by the 1991-92 team.

Heritage graduate Kendall Knapke led Tech with 26 points on Wednesday.

The Indiana Tech men capped of a night with a 79-72 win in their game against Northwestern Ohio. Dylan Phair had a game-high 33 points.
