FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA21) — Fort Wayne fans have hated this guy for a while, but now he’ll return to the Jungle, as a Komet.
Tuesday the Komets announced a new addition: former Toledo Walleye forward A.J. Jenks.
Jenks has spent the last five seasons with Toledo. Last season he racked up 19 goals and 37 points during the regular season, before posting career highs of six goals and 12 points in the playoffs.
Jenks has split time between the ECHL and AHL over the course of his pro career. In 190 ECHL games, Jenks has totals of 113 goals and 113 assists, with 292 penalty minutes.
