Mad Ants shoot lights-out in win at Long Island

NEW YORK CITY (WPTA21) — The Mad Ants shot 61 percent from the field on Monday, including a 59 percent clip from three-point range, in a 140-119 win over the Nets.

The teams played in the early afternoon, inside the Barclays Center, home of the NBA’s Brooklyn Nets.

Rob Gray led Fort Wayne with 25 points off the bench. Pacers assignee Alize Johnson went for 23 points and 10 rebounds, and Tra-Deon Hollins added 19 points with 10 assists.

The Mad Ants return home for another day game on Thursday at 11am, when they’ll host the Capital City Go-Go.
