FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA21) – The Toledo Walleye rebounded from Wednesday night Game 3 loss to the Komets and pushed the K’s to the brink of elimination from the ECHL playoffs with a 5-1 Game 4 win at the Memorial Coliseum Friday night.

David Pope’s first period goal, and second period scores by Zach Gallant and Dylan Sadowy had Toledo in front 3-0 before Craig Cescon got the K’s closer with what would turn out to be their only goal of the game.

Toledo added two more scores in the third for the final margin.

The Komets trailed 3-1 in the series heading into Game 5 Saturday night in Toledo.
