Ants pad division lead with win over Raptors 905

FORT WAYNE,  Ind. (WPTA21) – The Mad Ants grabbed a 117-112 win over Raptors 905 Friday night at the Memorial Coliseum.

The win, the Ants’s second straight came even though they never had a lead of more than five points.

Alize Johnson had his 16th double-double performance in his 19 games in a Mad Ants uniform, tying his career high with 31 points to go along with 14 rebounds.

Stephan Hicks also had a double-double of his own, with 21 points and ten rebounds.

Omari Johnson and Rob Gray added 24 and 21 points respectively. It was Johnson’s fifth game with at least 20 points and the 18th time Gray led the bench in scoring this season.

The 905 were led by the 19 points from Josh Adams.
