Frigid overnight temperatures settling in

It was a warmer day with highs in the 30s and a little snow, but it’s what’s behind the incoming cold front that will give us a true taste of winter. Lows tonight will crash into the upper teens to low 20s, and with a stiff wind between 15 and 20 mph, wind chills will be close to single digits in spots, particularly south of Fort Wayne where a little more snow fell.

As a result of cold overnight temperatures, highs Friday will only make it into the low 30s, despite the sunshine.

The weekend and early next week looks warmer and brighter, however, with partly to mostly sunny skies and highs in the 30s.

Hang in there! Sun is on the way 🙂
