Fortunately the severe weather threat remained on the lower side (as expected), though southern Indiana and northern Kentucky saw numerous warnings and tornadoes this morning and afternoon. Always fortunate to dodge a bullet!
The rest of the evening we will see some residual showers, otherwise low temperatures will drop into the upper 30s to low 40s with the passage of a strong cold front. Wind should diminish somewhat after midnight as a result.
Friday will be colder with highs in the 30s to low 40s, and the weekend looks gorgeous, but chilly as highs remain in the 30s to low 40s.
I suppose that beats severe weather chances, though!
Stay warm and dry!
