Fringe candidate Tommy Schrader sentenced for vulgar vandalism

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – ABC21 has confirmed perpetual fringe candidate Tommy Schrader will spend about six months in jail after pleading guilty to a count of criminal mischief Thursday.
